was if you started collecting prior to 1997, and collecting both SSDI and SSI did not mean collecting them simultaneously. The information I posted was actually from an SS website. I'm now wondering if everyone has been converted to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday of the month or if some who started collecting prior to 1997 still get their check on the 3rd day of the month. There is so much information out there, even on "official" SS websites, it's hard to know. Sorry for the confusion.
