receive their checks on the 3rd day of the month. Otherwise, checks come on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday of each month, and that goes by the day of your birth. My day is the 20th, so I'm on the 3rd Wednesday. This info can be found on the Social Security website.
