I wasn't comparing them on the basis of lethality. I was comparing them on the basis of all of them being rights protected by the Constitution.

There's no limit to how much you're allowed to speak, or vote, assemble, or go to church. These rights, like the right to bear arms, are protected under the Constitution. The right to own guns should be in the same category.

The founding fathers also didn't foresee digital media, but that doesn't it's not a form of speech that's protected by the Constitution.
