teleprompter obsessors - get a clue

Obama has invited repubs for a new televised health care debate but repubs stung by his extraordinary off-the-cuff performance last time. He swatted them down like the famous fly in his one on one interview. Now they are putting up numerous conditions before agreeing to another televised meeting in hopes of not having to face him again before the cameras. If you cannot see that the repubs are basically holding this country hostage by their obstinance, I guess you and all those near and dear to you deserve all the misery they are creating.

You might notice that the Dimocrats have held a fillibuster-proof majority in Congress as well as the White House for all but a few days of Nobama's inept administration.

So where's the healthcare bill?

Where's the energy cap/tax & trade bill?

Where's all the hope and change?

Face it. Obama's just a smooth-talking, inept empty suit who had absolutely no leadership experience and has proven to be completely ineffectual, not only here at home but even on the world stage, where the adoration he first experienced has faded into disillusionment, and where the enemies of this nation laugh in his face.

The dems did not march in lockstep like congress did under Dubya. If they had, you'd be complaining, too.

The republicans have "held the country hostage" by flip flopping on issues they supported in the past when Obama/dems bring those issues up now. They are obstructionists ONLY to defeat the current administration, not because of their real concerns on issues.

It's Obama/Dems who are holding this country hostage, and only a tiny minority of Americans would disagree with what I said.

Evidently you haven't heard the truth from your sources: Repubs have tried at least 5 times to introduce a different health bill, but Obama and co. just keep saying NO and shutting them out of debate, yet Obama goes on TV and, deceitful as usual, tries to point fingers at the Repubs, trying to make it look like they have no plan.

BTW, is some of that stimulus money, by any chance, going towards people posting pro-Obama rants on public forums? Could it be that's what Obama means by "creating jobs"? We've heard about the fake letters by one lib letterwriter in nat'l newspapers in an attempt to drum up support for Obama, and I highly suspect people are being paid off for posting any "let's make Obama sound good" comments on public forums. Just happens a little TOO often, considering how radical Obama's policies are.

Please note I'm not specifically pointing fingers at you re this; but your post just reminded me of how many times I have seen rather desperate attempts to build up Obama on forums.

A gentle suggestion: Get a more honest news source.
