The press thankfully raised no objection to the updated list (which actually had 2 names removed), which is a vast improvement from what has happened in previous instances when the name was leaked to the general public.

That wasn't a mistake leak, that was actually on purpose to discredit someone who actually told the truth about the lies that were being fed to the public. Just one of the many lies and games played to justify the phony war with phony information. No need to verify the information they were given, it's what they wanted to hear and was worth every penny they paid for it.

You do realize there was a war don't you? Honestly, I'm not lying there was one. I know since you wrote it was a phony war you don't believe one actually happened, but trust me on this one...there was a war that happened. Many brave fighting men and women died, so it really did happen.

President Bush was presented with facts, CONGRESS APPROVED it. End of story.

"Phony war" is a term that's been used throughout history, even by conservatives (see link), and actually coined by a conservative Senator from Idaho. It's a term that means more than what it sounds like on its face, terms like "phony war," "twilight war," and "sitzkreig," that mean the period before an actual war or run up to formal war or a period of actual war where there is little fighting and relative calm.

Obviously, there was an actual war, and believe me when I tell you that reminding Democrats it was real is not something necessary. The entire country, a large portion of the planet actually, is living with the very real consequences of the very real wars.

1324 of those deaths occurred in less than 3 1/2 years under the Obama Regime while only 630 of those deaths occurred in 8 years under George W. Bush.

At least this CIA agent's identity is still protected. The same can't be said for Valerie Plame during the Cheney/Rove/Libby debacle, and Libby's sentence was reduced from jail time to a fine and probation by none other than George Bush.

Valerie Plame has moved from DC to New Mexico and is STILL getting threats to herself and her family.
