that didn't meet the criteria they had to change plans. If the governor didn't take the Medicaid expansion, those states got screwed. If the young people got insurance instead of paying a penalty the rates would not have jumped like they did. In the states that did take the medicaid, if you didn't get the supplement, then you are making pretty decent money. There were a whole lot of factors that caused people's rates to jump and insurance companies to pull out. It's not a lie, it's what happened.

The only one being dramatic is the one who really doesn't get it.
