There is pure evil on this board and throughout the radical liberal extremist communities who are propagating hate and bullying through the media, Hollywood, college campuses, etc. It's hard to believe that this evil and hatred exists. One can only imagine what would have happened if Republicans had exhibited this type of behavior when Barack Hussain Obama won in November 2008. Let us take this most sacred day and pray for peace on earth and good will toward men. Amen.;

this was going to be a nice, nonpartisan message simply asking for peace on earth. What Republicans did when Obama was elected was to immediately say they wanted to make him a 1-term president and to oppose anything and everything he wanted to do (some of which, i.e. health care, had originally been Republican ideas). Republicans. Almost all congressional Republcians tried to work with the divider-in-chief starting with Obamacare. But when the DIC decides not to include anyone from the opposite side on suggestions or amendments, it did not bode well for the next 4 years. He ignored most Republicans and it's a shame that people wonder why this country became so divided.

I guess it didn't have anythng to do with his stubborness and hate against the other side, did it? I guess it didn't have anything to do with siding with BLM and criminal behavior instead of law and order, did it?

His lasting legacy will go down in flames since he really has none now, escept that he DID manage, by having Samantha Powers abstain from the Egyptian resolution, to show his true colors and how much he hated America and Israel, didn't he? One of his agendas was turning the Israel border back to 1967 borders that he wanted in 2011. It shows that he supports terrorism through Hamas and groups like them.

I have read that because of Trump's intervention, Egypt has now backtracked on the resolution, so hopefully, nothing will change. That's good news. Isreal is the only ally we have in the ME. This is why Obama hated them.

what the article says if it hasn't been published yet? The article I cited is about the origins of the ACA and how Republicans were ordered not to cooperate with the Obama administration. Mitch McConnell was not just one Republican; his influence affected the entire party.
