Michelle Obama canceled a photo op with President-Elect Donald Trump and future First Lady Melania Trump at the White House on Thursday, the Wall Street Journal reported. The Obamas became strong campaigners for Hillary Clinton during the presidential race and held rallies for her around the country. In 2008, after President Obama won his first election to the presidency, President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush welcomed the Obamas to the White House in what has become a tradition, and took a picture of the two couples. ;

I was just informed by an employee of the hotel that women protesters at the Trump International Hotel in NYC/Columbus Circle, took out their tampons and tied the to the brass railings in front of the hotel. The overnight staff had to remove them.

Sorry - I am watching t.v. right this minute showing the pictures of Melania and Michele Obama and Trump and Obama - meeting with two presidents lasted 2 hours, not sure what you heard, but this information is on all the t.v. stations now, they had a cordial meeting (as well as can be expected) and Trump said they talked about a lot of things, and Michele Obama showed Melania the living quarters, etc. Let's see how the next 100 days go with this show. He has a lot to learn since he has never been a politician, lots of people to elect in his cabinet, etc. I am worried to say the least. But they all have brains so they should be able to figure the correct way to do things.

My daughter brought up a good point - how can she explain Donald Chump's behavior about people with disabilities to her autistic son who has a hard enough time as it is being bullied at times or to a daughter when Trump says he has grabbed women by their (you know what he said), how do you teach kids not to listen to him or that it is wrong to say those things. Now, I am talking about Trump - not Hillary - so don't go there please - how do you explain to your kids these points? It is alarming to see this, I know he wanted to get the people going, but really, that type of language, that kids can hear or see on every t.v. in America? Just yesterday two college kids with a Trump sign were yelling terrible things at some girls and spitting on them, luckily the girls knew who they were on campus and so the truck full of idiots were suspended from their dorms and suspended from school so the girls are worried this will start a new trend of idiots thinking they can abuse women. Sorry - but I have no use for men who abuse women in that fashion. It is a disgrace and how can women vote for him, you did not have to vote for Hillary you could have left it blank. Does this mean there is a new group of idiots who are going to have absolutely no respect for women? I sure hope not... But, this is just my opinion and many more think about this this way also.

1. Obama had no previous political experience other than being a senator for 10 minutes and prior to that, a community organizer. He never held a real job in his life.

Obama was a lawyer and he also was a civil right lawyer and a teacher - so he did have some legal experience. They were talking about Trump today on t.v. and saying that a lot of things he wants to change are going to be difficult to impossible to do so I can just imagine what kind of holy hell it will cost. I don't think Republicans are retarded, my sister and brother in law are Republicans and I think that is just terrible to call people "retard" is not a word I use, thank heavens. I just get really stressed out by all of this and I worry about what will happen, but like my sister said there is nothing we can do about the president. Lighting cars on fire and beating up people won't help. Everyone has their free choice on whom to vote for, and not any of the politicians in years are brilliant, but I have just found that people are getting meaner and meaner with name calling, etc, that won't help, we all need to come together and help one another. I sure hope that Trump does well, not wishing anything ill on him at all, big change in his life and his family too. If she was half the person that her supporters think she is, she would get on TV right now and tell them to stop. That violence was not what her legacy should be about. All during Trump's run his supporters were shamed, blamed, and condemned for inciting violence. What the he** do you think is going on now. Those are not Trump supporters, they are Hillary's. Trump supporters did not burn cities or smash windows or loot. They did not beat up a man in Chicago yesterday while everyone filmed it. They are not rioting in Oregon as we speak. Does anybody have a reasonable priced site to create photo albums? We spend alot of time with our grandchildren and would like to create a quick inexpensive photo album to give to them as a souvenir of our trips - I know that Shutterfly does some - anybody use Walgreens or another similar site to create something? They have to be reasonable priced as we would like to make one for each child and we have 4 grandchildren.....they should be somewhat durable...... ...
