There may be only one question left to answer - and we'll have to leave that for the historians:
Who will go down as the worst President in US history - Jimmy Carter or Barack Obama?
I think the answer will depend in part on whether Obama misbehaves and interjects himself into national affairs once he's out of office in the shameful way that Carter has done. If he does, he'll probably edge Carter out as the worst President in history.
