Mitt flunked Libya big time and

K-O for the president.

I don't think it was a K-O - Trigger Happy

I do think Romney could have hammered the president on the Libya thing and he didn't. I'd say it was a draw really, but we should do some fact check to see how many lies they both flung out there...cause I'm guessing there were a lot!

So, if you go by # of lies (lies being bad) - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
then Romney lost the first debate, too.

You have it backwards. Obama already being exposed - for lying lying lying in this debate!! he lost ! n

Really? Can you tell me all the lies, lies, lies? - SM

One of the first things that came out of Romney's mouth was a lie, talking about how great Pell grants are and he supports them. According to the economic plan that he has, he plans to cut Pell grants big time.

Mitt was right - Me

The president was good tonight but Mitt was right about the President going to Las Vegas for a fund raiser. What United States President goes to Las Vegas for a fund raiser the day after four Americans were seized, tortured and died a violent death? The guy is so arrogant and his actions are arrogant. If your brother or husband or wife died like that you would not be saying KO for the president.

Im sorry I didnt mean KO - Me

I meant this for Mitt flunked. No he didnt flunk, but you have to know the truth also to know how Ob lied when he said he called it a Terrorist attack the next day, he didn't. All he did was talk about the stupid childish video that had nothing to do with the organized terrorist attack.

So explain please why "act of terror" is not - an "act of terror" and

[ In Reply To ..]
where in the Rose Garden statement did the word "video" come up?

Yes, Obama should be ashamed, but he is - too arrogant and conceited to care.nm

Arrogant and conceited? - me

[ In Reply To ..]
I think you have it backwards. The one who thinks 47% of the country he wants to run are beneath him is the one who is arrogant and conceited. Romney so obviously looks down on anyone who is not as wealthy as he is. The man is the devil in disguise.
agree - I see we are awash today in meaningless - pub talking points

Never in my life have I seen a more weak-minded constituency. It's a shameful display of substanceless prattle.

I wished Obama had held Mitt's feet to the fire - sm

over the instantaneous politicizing of the attack, but on second thought, I'm glad he didn't. It was low-hanging fruit and he showed Presidential restraint in refusing to score a cheap point with it. Romney has no such class.

Wrong. You watch, as Obama is caught in his - big lie, he will lose. nm

describing how terrorists found their opportunity to exploit the video protests. The initial eyewitness accounts clearly indicated spontaneous unarmed protesters were the first to arrive, followed by those armed to the teeth.

No End In Sight For U.S. In LibyaMay 18, 2011
The United States is now deep into a seemingly endless, aimless war in Libya, through NATO and in its own right. The rebels against the government of Moammar Gadhafi, based for the most part in eastern Libya, are deeply divided and largely unable to take advantage of the NATO military support they are receiving. Western military advisers are also on the ground. They find the rebels undisciplined and disorganized in their efforts to advance militarily to take towns that Mr. Gadhafi's forces ...

Is Democracy Viable? By Thomas Sowell Those who see hope in the Middle East uprisings seem to assume that they will lead in the direction of freedom or democracy. There is already talk about the "liberation" of Egypt, even though the biggest change there has been that a one-man dictatorship has been replaced by a military dictatorship that has suspended the constitution. Perhaps the military dictatorship will be temporary, as its leaders say, but we have heard that song before. What ...

They're Reporting Ambassador Stevens Was The One Killed In LibyaSep 12, 2012
It's not confirmed but this is what they're saying. The US is only "nervous" about this? Isn't this a reason for war? After all, embassies around the world are the property of the country that "lives" there. They have attacked the USA. It's a slap in the face that Egypt and Libya did this, especially Libya after the help they were given in their uprising.   ...

Is this staged or for real? Only time will tell. At least four people were killed and dozens of others were injured when militiamen opened fire as they defended one of the bases. Looters carried weapons out of the vacated Ansar al-Sharia military base compound, which has been linked to the attack on the US consulate last week. The US ambassador to Libya and three other Americans died in the attack. Ansar al-Sharia has denied any involvement. The action against the group appeared to be part ...

Libyan state television showed footage from an unidentified hospital of what it called victims of the "colonial enemy." Ten bodies were wrapped up in white and blue bed sheets, and several people were wounded, one of them badly, the television said. Ambassador Stevens "slipped Into Libya On A Cargo ShipSep 12, 2012
This is from ABC News. I think we lost a good guy here. He arrived at a time when the crackle of gunfire could be heard each night.
