I hate to rain on this parade by stating the obvious - sm

There's merely hot air and talk of a lawsuit by the bloviating weeping Cheeto, John Boehner, and no actual federal case has been actually filed. Turley also explained how difficult it is to obtain the proper standing to sue a sitting U.S. president -- noting that a lawsuit Boehner brought against Obama in 2011 was thrown out for that very reason.
"Standing" is that doctrine where a person has to be able to prove real harm in order to pursue litigation in federal court. Not sure how the orange cat is going to get passed proving real harm by the sitting president signing Executive Orders when it's been going on for centuries and wasn't invented by the man they love to hate. The pumpkin head's job is to represent the people of the United States. Not sure how the Oompa-Loompa actually has the standing to sue in federal court on our behalf when the majority of people are against him doing it. Even if a Court were to take the case on "standing," there's the issue of this being a political issue and thus out of the Court's jurisdiction.
