I just wish I felt it would really make a difference. I hope it at least brings people's attention to these bills and gets them to learn more about them and become involved.

I think these tangible acts of unified opposition, along with petition drives being circulated on partisan websites of all flavors can and, at times, DO ctually make a difference. Sure can't hurt to try.
