So the first Ebola patient in Texas is diagnosed on September 28th, and Governor Rick Perry calls for a Ebola Task Force on October 6th and asks for feieral help?  EIGHT days later?  Now there is GOP presidential material.

Once again, the boy king from Kenya miscalculates. I heard someone describe him today as reacting to a crisis instead of preventing a crisis. This was in relation to his debacle regarding ISIS and premature withdrawal from Iraq, but I believe it can be applied to any number of crises facing the United States because of this president, his lack of experience and his lapses in judgment.

Wait, What? "This isn't an outbreak. This is one case." - Perry tells Hannity

Who's down playing what and why? Governor Oops! wants to appear to have a firm grip on the situation, so he must be really grateful for all the help he's getting from the president and his party.

What are we waiting for? - sm

Nope. I replied to the assertion - That

the president and his party downplayed "it" until the weekend by posting comments the Boy Governor from Paint Creek, Texas made on Hannity, when he was downplaying the Dallas Ebola Apocalypse all by himself in his effort to look relevant and in control of the situation. There certainly wasn't anything else of consequence in the Birther's rant worthy of comment and I take no issue with the OP's [sarc] Johnny-on-the-Spot characterization.

There have been around 20 outbreaks of Ebola since 1976. - Thanks, Obama!

Suddenly, conservatives want to blame "Dlibs" and "the boy king from Kenya," saying they "downplayed it until the weekend."

Speaking of reacting to a crisis instead of preventing it, that reminds me of the idiot from Texas. No, not 9/11 and that idiot (although, he did ignore the warnings and allowed thousands of Americans to die on American soil), I'm speaking of Governor Oops, Rick Perry, who recruited the sick guy from Africa to come to Texas so he could pretend to be important and look presidential, just like all those illegals he recruited earlier this year.

Thanks, Governor Ebola!

I still do "downplay" it. It doesn't spread the - way the regular flu, etc. does.

Still, even if it were to morph into something more virulent and we had it in every state, I just don't see what point there is in us regular folks going off the deep end with panic. Whatever happens, happens. You're more likely to be killed by a pet pit bull in this country than you are Ebola.

Johnny Depp: "When Was The Last Time An Actor Assassinated A President?"Jun 23, 2017
"Let me clarify....I'm not an actor."   Wonder what he means by that?  It's a shame, too, becuase he does kid's movies.  When are these elite Hollyweird nitwits going to grow up and realize you can't say things like this and excuse it a freedom of speech?  When it involves the president or anyone in politics, it's not taken as a joke. It's serious and there should be some kind of punishment for remarks like that.http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainme ...

The party didn’t just lose among rural white voters on Election Day, it may have failed to capture them in its pre-election polling as well. Many pollsters and strategists believe that rural white voters, particularly those without college degrees, eluded the party’s polling altogether — and their absence from poll results may have been ...
