...and he's not finished.
When you really grasp what this means, both domestically and globally, you'll be able to understand many aspects of the Obama presidency that are otherwise simply nonsensical. There was no bungling in the Middle East - ignoring Israel, cozying up to the mullahs in Iran, leading from behind in Libya, secret negotiations with the "good Taliban" (??!!), etc. There is no bungling in the creation of the world's biggest debtor nation. There is no bungling in the simultaneous draw-down of both our nuclear arsenal and our conventional forces.
If you judge Obama to be a bungler, you might be tempted to give him another chance to "get it right". I mean, that's "how we are", right? Aw, give him another try.
When you realize that Obama is anything BUT a bungler, you might think differently. Forget that he's a man whose past is more shrouded in mystery than any Mafia don. Forget that he attended colleges where absolutely no one remembers him. Forget that the one girlfriend in college that has been identified contradicts his own narrative. Forget that he has spent enormous sums to protect his records from being seen.
We may know very little about Obama's past, but we can now clearly identify his ideology and it's origins. This is a man whose closest associates in life have been revolutionaries and other people who are openly hostile toward America - including his own wife, by her own words. These are the people whom he deliberately sought out and cultivated. People you would never have anything to do with - nor, EXCEPT for Obama - would you ever vote for anyone whose judgment was so poor, or whose ideology is so revealed.
A bungler? No. This is a man who is re-shaping America into exactly the diminished, weak position that he has always intended, but so carefully hid during the campaign of 2008. And I don't think he minds it if we merely think that he's bungled the job - as long as it means that we will give him another chance. He still has things to do.
