She's going to "consider" bringing jobs back here. Maybe all you supporters could offer to work for the wages she pays the Chinese to do the work so that poor princess can afford to bring jobs back. Then again, maybe they'll just bring in foreigners on the HB2 visa program to do them. Make America Great Again my butt! They hold everybody else to a standard they do not include themselves to.

Do you think they could hire MTs to sew? What if they let you work from home, pay minimum wage (or maybe on production), and supply the sewing machine?

So it's okay with you that they want everybody - to bring jobs back but them.

I worked for Levi years ago and fed my family on that job. It wasn't the greatest pay but it was above minimum wage and I could get insurance through them. I worked on a sewing machine. I didn't work at home, I worked in the factory. Then they went to China and I lost my job.

Just because some folks think they are too good to do a job like that, others would appreciate the opportunity to have a job and feed their families.

assumption that nobody in American will stoop to the level of doing some of these jobs - Not True! I was watching a news story about the amount of H2B visas being increased this year but that for some industries it is too late. There was a shrimp boat captain who said their season already started and that the industry will lose over a million dollars this year alone because of it. They asked him point blank if they could hire Americans, but he said no that Americans won't do the job. My question was - did he even try to get anyone? Or is is just that he wanted to pay something ridiculous like $20.00 per day for 15 hours work? If they are going to lose a million, maybe they could pay a little more to Americans and not lose as much? Seems like a no-brainer to me!

If you've ever watched Deadliest Catch, those guys get a percentage of the catch. Some years great money, some years not so great. By the way, those guys go out in the Berring Sea in horrible conditions but they are Americans. Why would a shrimp boat be any different. Crab prices are high but so are shrimp prices. One uses Americans, one uses foreigners. Seems to me the difference is probably that the shrimp boat owner wants a bigger profit for himself and the crab boat captains pay fairly.

If they want to bring it back here, fine with me. If they want to send it to Mexico, fine. China, fine. I don't just feel that way about the Trumps. I feel that way about all business.

The worst thing you can do is have government force people to run their business a certain way. (I say that with certain obvious caveats.) If it makes sense for China to do the work, let them have it. I'll find something else.

There's no point in keeping production in the US if only the wealthy can afford to buy the product.
