I did, however, do a little digging on my own before checking back (anticipating your response) and discovered that the DOJ under Bush's administration investigated and declined to pursue action before Obama ever took office.

I just pointed out that the Bush-era DOJ evidently made the same call that Holder did. I'm not sure how you got an attack of Bush out of that, but okay.

As for this hate group, well, I'm confident that whomever's tasked with monitoring their activities is doing a fine job. I try not to deal too much in fear; it's a corrosive emotion.
