Well I really did it this time, I kept resting my left arm on my chair while typing or just on facebook, it was a habit, now for week I have had numbness in my pinkie finger and part of my ring finger and part of my palm. So far, the reading I've done on it suggests IT-band-stretching exercises, a foam roller for massage, etc. Also hip-strengthening exercises.
