sweet potato pie

Any good recipes for sweet potato pie that use the canned ones?  I thought the recipe was on the can, but found out it is not there anymore, or maybe it never was.  Pretty much the same as pumpkin I think, but not sure.  Do you use evaporated or sweet condensed milk.  thanks everyone.  I find a lot of good posts on this forum.

I was watching a cooking program on publlic TV and found out how to make the Perfect baked potato.  I tried it, and it IS perfect.  All you do is preheat the oven for as high as it goes - I use 540.  Wash the potato and cook it for 1 hour.  Do not prick, oil, or wrap in foil!  The skin is crunchy, and the middle soft and creamy.  Great if you want to scoop out the middle for twice-baked recipes, but I like it with browned melted butter, salt, and pepper.  ...
