laws. These protections are written into the laws regarding asylum and immigration in general. The Constitution is a broad framework under which specific laws exist. The fine details of laws are not in the constitution but their right to exist as laws are. If a law's right to exist were unconstitutional, it would probably would not have been created and passed by the legislature. If somehow it did get enacted, it surely would be challenged as "unconstitutional." So, who changed the definition of asylum and gave illegals "rights" as you say. Name some names here, who?
