Thanks for all the encouragement and support. - CoMt Update

I joined the local gym and have been going to Zumba and yoga classes. I've met some really nice ladies who have been very inviting and encouraging. I also joined a bible study group through my church and have met some really supportive friends there. This is a big deal for me. I've always been very stand offish and I don't open up very easy or make friends very easily. But I've decided to force myself out of my comfort zone and be more open. I decided to let it all hang out when I'm emotional. I hate for people to see me cry, but I've just decided to explain it to my coworkers and boss and I've learned what great people they are because of it. They've all been so supportive.

I'm in a better frame of mind now. I haven't cried in days. I am able to plan the graduation party without becoming tearful. My daughter is happier and so am I. I've lost a few pounds and toned up a bit.

I forgot how nice it was to actually have good girlfriends. Thanks again to everyone.

Women encouraging women makes my heart happy.
