I feel bad for women who didn't choose good men to rely on. If you don't have a good husband, or any husband for that matter, I'm sorry for that.
Please do the best you can to not make your children feel guilty for moving on. You were/are there to take care of them, not the other way around. Kids in that environment feel horrible and end up paying the price. Allow them to go, and please develop a life of your own if you don't have a husband. If you do have a good husband, rejoice and soak him in. If you don't,join some women's groups with people of the same interests as you do.
