and I've had several clients go through this transition. If you can stay active within your fitness level, exercise will help with your mood, sleep and stress level. Walking, riding a bike with your daughter, a DVD at home --everything counts. Meantime, try to enjoy the fun events coming up and the summer instead of dreading the fall. You'll get through this--moms are tough and resilient. Keep us posted.
