Absolutely, there are a lot of uses. Great for using those moist heat pads for yourself too! I use that on my stiff neck and shoulder muscles - just put it in the micro for a minute and will last a good 20-30 minutes. It's a huge convenience for when you need something quick...it's just that simple. Gordon Ramsay comment cracked me up...LOL!
