What's wrong with that?

I'm not proposing that taxation pay for others. If you want to be a part of the socialized program you have to pay for it in advance with increased taxes. If you can't pay in advance, you can't be enrolled. Current enrollment costs and membership rates are based on past performance and can go up or down.

What's wrong with letting the socialists try their vision and pay for it themselves?
