the system itself and the pitfalls. I don't think the system has the patient's best interests at heart. I believe it has its place, but it's not about health all the time. It's about treating symptoms.
I believe we can heal our bodies to some degree. Diabetes type 2 can be reversed. Blood pressure can be controlled, heart disease, etc.
Grow your own food if you can. Many foods are grown in soil that has been depleted. Herbs are extremely healing. Take control of your health. Give up sugar and white flour. Plant medicines are wonderful.
Garlic helps prevent infection. Yarrow did too. Civil War soldiers carried these in their packet. Otzi the Ice Man carried fungus to treat infection, even 5000 years ago. Native Americans used herbs.
