Just like with electric cars. You still have to charge the batteries with oil or coal-fired electrical factories.

Same for magnets used in wind generators.

All that organic power from wind and solar turns out to more than double the cost of coal, oil, gas, nuclear and more toxic.

Sunlight doesn't magically turn into electricity without the energy costs and wastes associated with the manufacture of solar cells.
