I've come to the conclusion that liberals (sm)

are *******. My son asked me the other day (when talking about a liberal cousin with a high paying job at an international company) - "are they just ****?" I said I don't know, I certainly can't figure it out. Example: I just heard that Mike Lee (R) introduced a bill to assure the cleanliness and safety of these abortion clinics, IOW a little more oversight by the states to assure women's health. Even this the liberals can't go along with - I guess it's just too much common sense. Instead, they are proposing that ALL clinics, not just abortion clinics go through the same rigorous inspections. DON'T THEY ALREADY? I guess I have to go with the ******* theory; the alternative is so much worse.

Sanford, for example. He lies to everyone, his constituents, his wife, his family, his staff. He carries on for God knows how long an affair with a woman who uses birth control (and we all know what that makes her in the eyes of Republicans), he destroys his beautiful family, a marriage, vows broken, children fatherless, and shacks up with the woman who uses birth control.

And the hypocrites voted for him, not just against Colbert-Bush, but they voted for him in a pool of Republicans of whom I'm sure had a much higher moral bar, in the Rep primary for that election.

There was no lack of laws on the books in Pennsylvania to have prevented Gosnell and closed him down. The PA Dept of State and Dept of Health decided NOT to (decided not to) treat abortion clinics as ambulatory surgical centers. It was a massive fails on a massive scale. The laws are in place.

The fact is, there ARE laws in place in every state that prohibit abusive, unsanitary, and illegal healthcare practices. In Gosnell's case, the State of Pennsylvania failed in epic proportions to carry out inspections. That was not a fault of the law. That was the fault of unaccountable human beings who failed to do their jobs.

The State of Pennsylvania carried out its inspection process for hair salons more stringently than for abortion clinics, because the PA Dept of Health refused to classify abortion clinics as ambulatory surgical centers.

Had the Pennsylvania Dept of Health treated abortion clinics as they do Ambulatory Surgical Centers - or even nail salons - the horrific crimes Gosnell committed would have been caught a long time ago.

Read the Grand Jury decision.

I saw the message. It did not contain "words of hate," and by saying that it did, you are, howsoever anonymously, defaming this poster.

The poster used the word "hateful" in a sentence to describe the original post, which I believe is an opinion, and one with which I happen to agree.

Not to mention "shilling" - a deceptive practice employed by the OP, as well as "stirring the pot." None of that is hateful.

Of all the times I have been told HOW to post, WHAT to post, to "get over it," to "move on," I am astonished that you edited this poster for saying "go away." Frankly, it's laughable.

The poster defamed herself. I'm seeing a lot of words of hate being deleted. On the conservatives side too. So you only want conservatives words calling people haters to be removed but leave the liberals words calling people haters to stay?

It looks like a lot of posters seem to have problems with other posters as anytime the conservatives post their opinions they are viciously attacked by the liberals yelling at them accusing them of things and making assumptions.

I think posters should be allowed to talk about issues without being called names and without being told your sources are not credible but mine are.
