A grassroots movement at the town halls? Uh, nope, not really. Sounds pretty orgainized to me.

A copy of an email I got today:

Dear MoveOn member,

Across the country, MoveOn members are fighting Republican-led attacks on the middle class. But to stop the GOP and rebuild the American Dream, we need more leaders.

Since February, we've mobilized hundreds of thousands of people at state house rallies, outside corporate headquarters, and at Republican town halls. Across the country, people are getting off their computers and into the streets to demand our fair share—and the chance to rebuild the American Dream.

But Republicans and big corporations aren't backing down. They want to dismantle Medicare, cut taxes for the wealthiest Americans, and slash critical funding for education and health care.

To fight back, we're building a team of top-notch member volunteers who organize and mobilize the millions of MoveOn members for progressive victories. Community by community, we're growing the grassroots power to take on the right wing.
