Watching the Clinton Email investigation

Pagliano never showed up even though he was supoenaed. Mr. Combetta (Platte River) and Mr. Thornton (Platte River), and a third guy showed up. Cummings asked if they would intent to NOT answer any questions, Combetta and the rest pleaded the Fifth. What was incriminating about that????? Thornton was asked if he was questioned by the FBI. He pleaded the Fifth!!!!!

How can Cummings truly argue with Chaffetz over this investigation (like he always does) over the subject since the FBI found problems but Lynch failed to prosecute? Trey Gowdy got into it with Rep. Lynch over the so-called agreement the FBI made with Pagliano. Gowdy wanted to see the agreement (The one that was supoenaed but never showed up) and Lynch argued that it would show any criminal intent was given immunity . How did HE know if the agreement wasn't in the hands of the committee???? What's wrong with wanting to see the agreement???? Nothing.

They adjourned because the azzholes are not answering a single question but came back in 2 minutes. Mr. Cooper, who was a former Clinton Foundation Staff Member IS answering questions. He had NO security clearance to set up the new servers in Clinton's house. Even Chelsea Clinton had an email address on the private servers. Nice.

How can these people (Platte River) ignore Congress? I believe Congress needs the FBI AND IRS (LOL) investigate Platte River Network.

When regular citizens can ignore a subpoenae from Congress, there's something wrong with the system. They need to be charged with obstruction and Pagliano definitely needs to be charged for not showing up. Bench warrants are sent when a criminal doesn't show up for his trial. i think these committees (not just this one but all committees) who hold investigations need to have the same right to force witnesses to show and answer questions like regular courts do.

...but he knows exactly WHY there have had to be numerous hearings, namely the persistent stonewalling, blatant refusal to turn over documents, endless delays, omissions and redacting documents until they're blacked out beyond any use, destruction of evidence, people pleading the 5th, and now even refusing to appear. If the people involved in this scandal had been ordered by the administration to cooperate fully from the very beginning there would have been ONE hearing, or maybe two at most.

Cummings is a deplorable, dishonest, party hack scumbag. If he were chairing a committee and the situation were reversed, you can believe he wouldn't stand for it.

And another "deplorable": Pagliano. His legal team issued a statement that amounted to "Wah-wah-wah-poor-widdle-Pagwiano-being-harrassed-by-da-mean-old-Congress." Makes no difference (and they know it) - if you get a subpoena, you appear. You might plead the 5th yet again, but you SHOW UP. Throw this SOB in prison and lose the key.

This is becoming silly now. It took about 20 minutes for the DOJ to bring charges against Petraeus for much, much less egregious mishandling of information, and it was also less sensitive information than Clinton's. It's not right for this thing to be hanging over everyone's heads going into the primaries, and at least 2 former AGs and other experts have said that she should be indicted.
