The DOJ should not be dragging the Clinton investigation out.

This is becoming silly now. It took about 20 minutes for the DOJ to bring charges against Petraeus for much, much less egregious mishandling of information, and it was also less sensitive information than Clinton's. It's not right for this thing to be hanging over everyone's heads going into the primaries, and at least 2 former AGs and other experts have said that she should be indicted.
I don't know whether she should be or not. It certainly looks that way, but who knows. The point is, indict her or clear her so that the whole political process isn't being held hostage to this question. To me, it's just one more of a dozen ways that the Obama administration shows its contempt for the American system of government.
