Fourteenth Amendment naturalized citizen supporters 11. Fourteenth Amendment pro-choice supporters 12. Any woman who has ever had an abortion 13. Rape victims seeking abortion services 14. Incest victims seeking abortion services 15. Infants produced from unplanned pregnancies living outside the womb 16. Homeless female veterans 17.
