The country has about 4,500 garment factories that make clothes for stores including Tesco, Wal-Mart, J.C. Penney, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Kohl's and Carrefour. The sector earned $19 billion this year as of June.

Just because there are garment factories abroad does not make this is an example of offshoring. Other countries are allowed to make stuff that we buy. You can't refer to all goods and services performed overseas as offshoring.

I know what NAFTA stands for, duh. but I also stated there were many other "trade agreements" with many, many other countries of the world that all effectively eliminate the quality of American made goods, and loss of jobs here in the States. Prayers are asked for the residents of Pateros, WA and other communities in North Central Washington State. Due to dry weather, winds and ligthning, we are having the worst fire season in years.
