Media Bias: White "revelers" vs. black "rioters", but it looks the same to me

Someone just posted another black violence video below. We could all respond with old white supremacy violence videos, but what's more interesting to me is the media attention on black crime/riots/looting vs. white crime/riots/looting.
For example - how many of you saw these all white riots/lootings on the national news?
2012:
After the Boston bombings, only whites looted merchandise of local stores. (A simple google search will yield close-up still shots of whites looting high-end stores).

So with the exception of the Boston Bombings (which was clearly taking advantage of chaos) maybe whites only riot when they're happy or win, so it's okay and that's MUCH better than when you're mad. And the media says they're "revelers", not "rioters" - there's the difference, I see

There are plenty of posts here that are blatantly about race, and most of us know that we have to tread very, very carefully in responding to them. We certainly can't call the posts inflammatory, and we most CERTAINLY cannot call the posts race-based.
