right on left, but left on right has also grown, especially since the election of this president, which frightened and shocked many. In fact, Freeman may have lost jobs she knows nothing about because of it. Certainly, a whole lot of people have been for some time, well before this election. It's much safer to keep this stuff to oneself. Lol. Here in the deep south I'd never put "liberal" on a job application as what I consider one of my very best points, though it is.

"Fascism?" These days of creeping fascism, it's very important to know what that is and watch for the real thing so it can be fought and not accidentally supported.

Interestingly, although fascist movements are usually extreme right wing, some are extreme left wing. But there is literally no such thing as "liberal fascism." Liberals are anti-authoritarian by nature, fighting fascism where it's occurred whether originating from right-wing or left-wing extremists, or both.

Which can mean mean that people fighting liberals may sometimes inadvertently support fascism without knowing it. "Folks, you'll never guess what the Democrats are up to now. Fighting the transfer of wealth and power to the giant corporations you all owe your jobs to!" Boooo, boooo!
