I propose a tax deduction for every eligible citizen

The ONLY answer to terrorists living and hiding among us is the UNCERTAINTY AND FEAR that an armed citizenry would obviously pose to them as opposed to other countries, where they know perfectly well that they can conduct operations with little fear of opposition so long as they hit targets where there is no significant police or security presence.
There should be NOWHERE in this nation that a terrorist would not know that he runs a serious risk of meeting armed opposition from ordinary citizens who have been trained to take him down. It's simply ludicrous that the attackers in Paris could stand around shooting at will and throwing grenades as they did, without the slightest concern that their victims might strike back.
We will strike back.
