I'm hoping to hear from ladies who have recently went into menopause. I'm 49, still having periods, though irregular lately. For the past year or so I have been feeling like I'm going to go insane. Started out with a case of severe vertigo which led me to a year of a carnival horror ride of feeling nauseated, anxious, unable to sleep, and literally feeling like I was going to die. Just finished week 2 on the Shaun T Insanity Program and I MUST SAY that this is the BEST program I have ever seen.
