All former presidents have put their holdings into blind trusts. DT is going to have his kids running the business and will give them top security clearance. The potentials for conflicts here are far greater than a few emails and probably impeachable offenses.

You need to read other new sources besides WaPo and - Politico. This story is not true.

They were supposed to be running the companies. Trump even stated it at one of his interviews long ago.

Now he wants them to have security clearance to be on the transtion team? No, don't think so. It's nepotism and a conflict of interest. Even if they're only there until he is sworn in as a transistion team, they don't need security clearances. Why does Trump think they need them? They shouldn't be getting any top secret briefings. They're just suggesting who should be on the team. They don't need security clearences to do that.

Being a turnaround specialist my husband says occasionally one enter enters into agreements where an associate might have a conflict due to a parallel association with the company we are attempting to salvage. They still remain an integral component of the operation thus their involvement out weights any concerns of impropriety.

Trump is just doing the same.
