They're counting on the hatred of Hillary being so strong among Trump supporters that they won't stay home in November no matter what tricks they pull to nominate someone else.

I think they'll be surprised. The hatred of the GOP elite that this will ignite may well be stronger than the hatred of Hillary.

The GOP bus is going over a cliff, and everyone on board is asleep, including the driver.

RIP, GOP. And Trump isn't the cause of death, either. He's merely a symptom.

The establishment corrupt system will fall if the powers that be decide they know better who should run for president on the Republican ticket. Stupid is as stupid does and to turn on the majority of voters is just plain stupid and insulting to Trump voters.

The primary votes that Hillary is getting won't all show up in the general election, especially if Trump isn't the candidate for the GOP. Although lots of people are voting for Hillary, their enthusiasm for her is actually very low. That's why the Democrats haven't had the turnout that the GOP has had.

I should say, "the turnout that the GOP has had and apparently intends to squander." This will go down as a political blunder of historic proportions.

So these "anti-establishment" (hah!) folks - want to elect a potential dictator.

Trump is well-respected, runs multiple businesses with not one disgruntled ex-employee coming out against him, has a lovely and successful family in their own right and no renegade kids or ex-wives talking about him being a dictator.

Yes I would rather (as many others would) elect a successful business man than a needy power-hungry career politician who takes bribes for their votes to benefit special interest groups (the wealthy). These establishment corrupt politicians aren't "potential" crooks, they are proven crooks.

What makes you think he even slightly - resembles a potential President?

Trump did not kick back because he had some (million) money. He grew it. Other candidates do not grow anything. They just take bribes. They have never started a business. They rely on getting money from corruption, selling their votes.

But like most billionaires, he didn't do it - honestly or morally.
