He completely muddies any judicial process by throwing out untruths or his feeling. His feelings are not fact. Facts come out through judicial process, fact finding, not just "this is what I think, so that is what it is." His Republican peers are echoing that as well.
Issa is the one who does not believe in the American way. If he did, he'd let it work, not disrespect it by his partisan manipulation.
