Another broken Trump promise

The beauty of Trump "policy"--You can just take a different side to an issue to suit whatever your purpose is whenever you want to. Totally brilliant, don't you think? I am not sure what the religious right will think, though, now that Trump is distancing himself from taking away the rights of gay people.

During the campaign, Trump told social conservatives to “trust” him to oppose same-sex marriage, said he would “strongly consider” appointing U.S. Supreme Court justices who would reverse marriage equality and offered conditional support for the First Amendment Defense Act, a federal “religious freedom” bill that would enable anti-LGBT discrimination. And, of course, the Republican party platform endorses "conversion therapy" for LGBT.

But that was then, this is now . . .

I read this morning that Ivana (the first ex-wife) wants him to appoint her ambassador to the Czech Republic (it was on MSN). I also read the immigration/deportation policy, that is some scary ****. He's in over his head, folks. Just remember that he works for us, all of us, not the other way around, we hired him but we can also fire him.

Sexual orientation is not a "religious freedom" issue. Any supreme court decision in that regard would be unconstitutional.

At least two-thirds of what Trump wants will never pass the house and Senate, he is not going to get what he wants, Washington's a tough town and Trump doesn't have a clue.
