I gained almost 40 pounds in the 19 years I have been working from home. Last summer I decided to do something about it. Took me til March, but I lost 30 pounds. I basically started eating a lot more veggies, less meat, and totally cut out my Double Stuff Oreos/chips/Hershey's Kisses which were my passion. I don't want to sound like I'm bragging, don't get me wrong, I just needed to share my news with someone. TIA
