How do I separate plastic drinking cups that are stuck together?

not easy - have you tried dish soap

Fill the inside cup full of ice then wait a few minutes. Turn on the hot tap water and let the hot water run around the outside cup. One should contract, while the other will expand. Should work if they are not melted together because of being in the sun. LOL
