One or the other or corded?
I just picked up my first wireless mouse, not too worried about the keyboard as it never moves, sometimes that cord on the mouse can get in the way.

Have used both for some time, and it is great, just a small piece to plug in with USB cord that can be hidden away, but it does need battery change quite often, otherwise I love it.
I had one with my last computer, ate batteries - sm -

that is my only complaint. Thing would just die about every 2 weeks or so. The keyboard batteries would last six months or more though. Back to using a corded mouse now, and the cord does not bother me at all.
I use a cordless mouse, too. SM - me

I've had it over a year and I've changed batteries twice. I'm like you, the keyboard cord doesn't bother me, but that mouse cord did! I'm perfectly happy with my mouse.
Love my tailless mouse - and keyboard too
