standard (not gaming) backlit keyboard

Posted: Sep 12, 2015

Does anyone know where I can purchase a backlit keyboard that is not a gaming keyboard? On all keyboards I have tried the letters rub off over time and I am tired of buying new keyboards just because of this - or does anyone know how to replace the letters/numbers effectively for same purpose.

I googled the above phrase, and there are a lot of companies that sell them, even large print ones. Check it out. I have had a few letters wear off on keyboards; but since I know what they are I've never felt the need to replace them. Also, since doing editing for the last 4 years, I don't get ANY wear off problems.

Wal-Mart. Azio brand. It is not a gaming keyboard. I have one. Changes to 5 different colors :)

I've pretty much figured out where all the letters and numbers are on the keyboard, so it doesn't really matter if the printing wears off.

i use nail polish and it works - there are silicone keyboard covers thin and so skin-like - they work too, I wore mine out

My keyboard skin lasted a really long time. Kept the keyboard free of crumbs and cat hair. They do not make them for my current Kensington keyboard. Would have chosen a different model if I had known.

Logitech k740 (NM) - I use this

Does anyone know of an ergonomic split keyboard that is backlit? I've searched and cannot find one.

I yelled to my DH "Quick get the blow drier" thinking I would blow it dry.  My DH, AKA Tim the Tool Man, comes in with his hot air gun and said "This is will dry it faster."  Long story short, he melted my caps lock, A, Q, and W keys.  When I plugged it back in, it just continually types WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. Now I'm stuck with a regular keyboard until I can get to Office Depot to buy a new ergo keyboard. MEN!!!  I can't be mad at him cause he was trying to he ...

Last week there was a post taking me to task for a term I used to describe Donald Trump.  The reason I couldn't answer was that I was temporarily banned from the board.  It's obvious that I don't like Donald Trump, think he is unqualified to be president and an embarassment to this country.  However, the reason for the name-called, which I have discontinued in agreement with the new rules of the board is that for eight years the Obamas have been called some very off ...

By Alejandro Lazo and Andrew Tangel, Los Angeles Times   February 4, 2013, 10:14 p.m.   The federal government is embarking on one of its most ambitious efforts to assign blame for the financial crisis, going after Wall Street's biggest credit rating firm for its role in pumping up the housing bubble.   The Justice Department filed a lawsuit late Monday in Los Angeles federal court against Standard & Poor's Corp.
