What really gets me ticked off!

Several years ago I went to a local box store, not the WM, and bought some Christmas items. Before I got home my cell phone was ringing and when I got home I had an email from BOA. They had shut down my account thinking "because I normally did not shop at this store, it was not me buying." Today someone has hacked my debit card at another big store but looks like this was a telephone order and it was not me. This put me in the red for almost $1,000.00. Now, I have coverage to where I am not going to have to pay for the amount charged but have to go to the bank this morning and get a card change and make a report. This is the gest of the whole thing, this account has never been overdrawn ever and why if I buy something "at a store where I do not normally shop at Christmas" and they immediately close the card down, why then a telephone order that puts me in the red for over $1,000.00 and no call, nothing? ;

[ In Reply To ..]Four times they have notified me that someone has hacked BOA and my information *might* have been compromised, so for my *safety* (translation--lawsuit against them) they are changing my account number. They are all over the news for their request for government bailouts (your and my tax dollars at work), so no surprise when I asked to have my interest rate decreased and they said no. I pay my bill on time every month, more than the minimum payment, yet because of their poor management and security breaches they need to get the money from somewhere, and that is from me, just a regular person who has been their customer for several years who actually pays her bill. My goal is pay them off, spit on the credit card when I have a really bad cold and mail it back to them while hoping I have super-germs that can survive the trip to Hades where BOA's *real* main office is.
