whenever I'm lamenting the destruction of our profession. That's the great thing about Springsteen though, there's a song to fit any mood or situation.

It's funny, when I was a kid I hated his music! To me, he was just one of those guys from all the truck commercials. But back then anybody who used the word America in a song eventually ended up in a truck commercial.

Now he's one of my favorites. Hearing his Devils & Dust album served as a gateway drug to the rest.
