You ask "And how do you know that he was trying to avoid arrest? Just because someone goes "limp" doesn't mean they are trying to avoid being arrested."

This text from the complaint is why I stated that.

"The officers made several attempts to get Mr. Floyd in the backseat of squad 320 from the driver’s side. Mr. Floyd did not voluntarily get in the car and struggled with the officers by intentionally falling down, saying he was not going in the car, and refusing to stand still. Mr. Floyd is over six feet tall and weighs more than 200 pounds."

You're correct. Floyd wasn't exhibiting signs of excited delirium and I didn't say that he was. I said that we know the cops were worried about that because they talked about it.

You ask, "In the video, Chauvin's right foot is seen to come up off the ground. Now you tell me where do you suppose all of his weight is being distributed to in that position?"

When you kneel, your weight is distributed at 4 points both knees and normally the balls of the both feet. You can easily raise your right foot off the ground and reposition it while not putting all your weight on your left knee. In fact, to put all your weight onto your left knee you would need to lift your right leg off the ground and position your hips directly over your left knee. Chauvin is not doing that.

You say, "Also, both carotid arteries could have easily been compressed on either side - one side against the pavement and the other by Chauvin's knee."

The video doesn't show Floyd's neck against the pavement. His left shoulder is on the pavement along with his chest and head.
