Anyone getting insurance thru healthcare.gov? - I have a couple questions and want to ask SM

It says  "tax credit" so does that mean you get that much credit on your taxes but still have to pay a premium each month?   I'm seeing it say no premium, but I can't quite believe that. 

If we're low enough income  as MTs we obviously dont have much money for big premiums on top of deductibles, that's why we're going for this kind of a program. 

I really dont have any major problems, only a few small to medium things.

Any ideas how to best navigate this system?   I know to call the website numbers to ask for help, but they're really trying to sell you a policy like any other agent on commission.   I will be going somewhere to talk to someone in person, supposedly an advocate who can help explain things better but wanted some basic ideas about this.
