it sounds like you have the better chance to stay intact mentally and emotionally. It seems you've got a good handle on understanding where things are going wrong between all of you, especially between your mom and sister. You explain the dynamics really well. For your own sake, find out what kinds of things you can do to be self-protective when you're around all the arguing and complaining, etc., so that you can help yourself not be pulled into it. If nothing else helps, then maybe keeping a little distance might help.
