I'm taking it for arthritis pain, helps a lot when I take it every day. I tried bromelain, tried apple pectin, didnt seem to do much. I am late 50s age range and sit all darn day long as well. I try very hard to get up at least every half hour to walk and stretch a little bit, yoga helps me because I can't always get out to walk during daylight hours.

Also is it possible your muscles and tissues are simply locked up, stiff from sitting all day, and nothing really bad wrong? The foam roller suggested is a good idea, as well as can you do hot epsom salt baths at night?
